Our club participated in a 2025-2026 District Club Grant project that enabled us to purchase 18 laptop computers for refugee families supported by Church World Services of Harrisburg. Our grant was for a total of $5000 with half coming from our club and the other half from District Designated Funds. Pictured from left to right, Duri Sharif (CWS Associate Director of Recruitment and Engagement), John Robinson (Club Board Member and CWS Harrisburg Board Member), Rob Altenburg (Club President), and Alex Swan (CWS Harrisburg Site Director). Special thanks to Elk Systems Incorporated for selling these laptops to us at cost which helped us make the most of our grant!
